Leader. Consultant. Strategist. Designer. Educator. I wear multiple hats because I've earned each one - and because today's toughest challenges don't respect functional boundaries.

My professional arc is uncommon. My career began at Paramount Global (MTV Networks), where I led technical services and education, evolving to leading IT and HR teams through major M&A integrations. That dual lens of systems thinking plus human behavior became my professional signature. I took it to American Express, then Cisco, where I spent over a decade in senior executive roles across people strategy, talent, learning, people analytics, and C-suite advisory.

Today, I run an advisory practice, partnering with leaders on AI talent strategy, operating model innovation, and future of work readiness. I also teach students at NYU and Columbia - bringing the same frameworks I've applied in boardrooms into the classroom.
