Leader. Strategist. Designer. Educator. I wear multiple hats because I've earned each one and because today's toughest challenges don't respect functional boundaries.

My professional arc is uncommon. My career began at Paramount Global (MTV Networks), where I led technical services and education, evolving to leading IT and HR teams through major M&A integrations. That dual lens of systems thinking plus human behavior became my professional signature. I took it to American Express, then Cisco and Splunk, where I spent over two decades in senior executive roles across people strategy, talent, learning, people analytics, and C-suite advisory.

Today, I run an advisory practice, partnering with leaders on AI talent strategy, work redesign, and future of work readiness. I guest lecture at Cornell University and New York University, where I bring the same frameworks I've applied in boardrooms into the classroom.
