A DIFFERENT KIND OF HR
Most of HR looks backward - assessing policies, benchmarking compensation, fixing what's broken. I work forward using human-centered design, people data, and business strategy to build organizations that are ready for what comes next.
I've sat inside Fortune 100 companies as an executive. I've advised from the outside as a fractional leader. I know the difference between what looks good in a deck and what changes how people work.
"I don't separate business strategy from people strategy.Â
For me, they've never been two different things."
I come from a career that began in technology - not HR. That origin story matters. I learned to think in systems, build operating models, and measure what matters before I ever touched a talent program. When I moved into people strategy, I brought all of it with me.
Today I work in the space between human-AI collaboration, people data and decision science, and future-of-work design - helping leaders build organizations where they are able move at the speed the market demands and their talent thrives.
